The University of Applied Sciences in Stuttgart is seeking a motivated Project Employee (m/f/d) to join our HISinOne-EXA project starting on August 1, 2026. This full-time, fixed-term position in the Student Department offers opportunities to innovate in a dynamic academic environment.
Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Data cleansing and correction in the legacy POS system
- Mapping study and examination regulations in HISinOne-EXA
- Data migration validation into HISinOne-EXA
Requirements
- Successfully completed university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- Strong understanding of digital processes and solutions
- Enthusiasm for implementing rules (study and examination regulations) in software
- Knowledge of HIS software is advantageous
- Experience in the higher education sector is beneficial
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Team spirit, communication skills, and a sense of responsibility
- Independent working style and reliability

Additional Information
The position is limited until July 15, 2027, with a 100% employment level. Splitting the position is conceivable if suitable candidates apply. Payment is according to TV-L (Tariff Agreement for the Public Service of the Federal States), up to salary group 10 TV-L.
