As a pivotal member of the Global Realty organization, you will be implementing cutting-edge real estate management practices. Your role involves resolving real estate challenges and enhancing Amazon's capabilities through strategic property solutions.

Tasks

• Manage portfolio sites to optimize operations and performance.
• Act as the primary contact for real estate-related concerns.
• Negotiate landlord consents and lease amendments.
• Develop and implement regional real estate strategies.
• Ensure cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Guide real estate strategies aligned with company goals.
• Champion sustainability and ESG initiatives across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams for comprehensive real estate support.
• Conduct OPEX analysis and negotiate service obligations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in commercial real estate or asset management.
• Proficient in commercial real estate management software and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and German.
