Join Our Team as a Mathematics Tutor (m/f/d)!

The Schüle-Nachhilfe GmbH is a renowned tutoring provider with 13 locations in Baden-Württemberg, devoted to helping children and teenagers improve their grades and develop a love for learning for over 30 years.

We are looking for dedicated freelance tutors, including students, retirees, or other qualified individuals interested in teaching mathematics up to A-level, or at least up to the 10th grade. Our classes cater to all school types, from primary schools to gymnasiums and vocational schools.

Teaching is typically conducted in individual or small group sessions, Monday to Friday, afternoons from around 1 PM to approximately 7:30 PM. You can arrange your working hours flexibly to suit your needs.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide homework assistance
• Review and deepen understanding of school materials
• Introduce and explain new learning content
• Teach study techniques and learning methods
• Prepare students for examinations
• Search for or create educational materials
• Engage in parent-teacher meetings regarding student performance and support options

We Expect

• Extensive knowledge in the subject you are teaching
• Ability to explain and present knowledge clearly
• Effectively demonstrate and implement learning strategies
• Competently answer subject-related questions
• Work collaboratively to identify and formulate goals and objectives
• Proficiency in German at least at a B2 level
• Excellent knowledge in your respective field
• Fluent communication for foreign language instruction
• High social competence and exceptional teaching skills
