Design campaigns. Reach customers. Create experiences. As a Specialist in Campaigns & Events, you will execute marketing campaigns, email measures, webinars, and customer surveys. You will support systematic lead qualification, maintain marketing data, and optimize marketing and sales collaboration.
Detailed Description
You will be responsible for fairs and events, planning and organizing professional appearances at international trade fairs like bauma, IFAT, and Agritechnica. During quieter fair periods, your focus will shift to campaign management, lead nurturing, and direct marketing strategies.
Tasks
- Execute email marketing campaigns and mailings
- Qualify, maintain, and enrich marketing leads
- Maintain marketing data in the CRM system
- Analyze campaign and lead metrics
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results
- Support direct marketing and communication initiatives
- Organize webinars and digital customer events
- Participate in additional marketing projects and cross-functional activities
- Organize national and international trade fairs
- Coordinate service providers, exhibits, and trade show materials
- Support setup and teardown, and assist on-site
- Organize customer events at the Limburg location
Requirements
- Completed education or degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or similar fields
- Experience in campaign management, email marketing, event management or CRM environment
- Technical understanding, organizational skills, and enthusiasm for coordinating multiple projects
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style with a high degree of initiative
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Resilient and solution-oriented, even during intense fair phases
- Willingness to travel (3-4 events per year, including weekends)
