About the Role

As a prominent nature experience provider for over six years, Wildschytz offers unique moments ranging from mushroom and herb tours to ice swimming events. We are seeking an operations professional to propel our growth towards €10 million revenue.

Tasks

• Lead a 12-member back-office team and over 300 guides, oversee market expansion, event organization, and new business development with the support of our founders.
• Execute our growth plan across Europe, exploring new experiences and industries within tourism and experience sectors.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify challenges independently.
• Hands-on approach with proficiency in tech tools like Shopify, Zapier, AI Agents, and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel; initial weekly meetings in Heidelberg/Karlsruhe reducing to monthly after six months.
• Structured approach to financial reporting and communication of discrepancies.
• Commitment to the company's success with exclusivity in role participation.
