As a Manager (m/f/d) Business Development, you will focus on expanding sales of Clinical and Development Opportunities by pioneering new sales strategies and fostering strategic alliances with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new lead prospecting, develop outreach campaigns, and collaborate with the Business Development Executive team.
- Direct sales and business activities, negotiating contracts, and enhancing long-term customer relationships.
- Present comprehensive business proposals, exploit new market opportunities, and attend industry events to amplify our market presence.
- Serve as a critical link between our customers and Simtra’s Commercial team to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Degree in chemistry, industrial engineering, or related sciences.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development/sales, preferably in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology.
- Track record in sterile injectable field and ADC or contract manufacturing verticals.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel 30%-50%; Business fluency in English.
