We are currently seeking a Manager, Growth Marketing (m/f/d) to join our team, preferably based in Bremen or flexibly anywhere in Germany, to enhance our 16-member marketing team. We are organized according to our strengths and interests into Content Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Product Marketing and collaborate to develop a forward-thinking marketing strategy. As part of our marketing team, you will be instrumental in spreading the enthusiasm we have for our company and software solutions to our customers and prospects.
Your Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy.
- Product Campaigns: Plan, manage, and optimize brand and product campaigns across all relevant channels.
- Digital Demand Generation: Translate pain points into clear value propositions to generate early market demand and coordinate strategies and actions.
- HubSpot Management: Oversee strategic and operational use and development of our HubSpot instance.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with various teams within the company and international partners.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a creative team to achieve outstanding results.
- Budget Management: Take responsibility for the growth marketing budget.
Your Qualifications:
- Completed degree or training in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior marketing role.
- Deep experience in creating marketing materials, campaign management, and product launches.
- Knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and verbal.
