At Element Biosciences, our mission is aimed at enhancing scientific freedom to impact humanity profoundly. We are a product-driven organization seeking a Manager, Field Applications, EMEA (m/f/d) to support our expanding customer base in EMEA.

About the Role

This remote position, based in the DACH region, involves supporting a team covering half of EMEA. The candidate will frequently travel to customer sites to ensure success and promote company growth. Experience in NGS sample workflows and cell biology is essential. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Field Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Frequent customer site visits to provide technical support and product training.
• Troubleshoot experimental and technical challenges.
• Mentor and lead a team of Field Application Scientists.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams.
• Conduct both in-person and remote customer trainings and workshops.
• Utilize service CRM software for documenting customer interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years or Master's degree with 8+ years, or PhD with 6+ years of NGS experience.
• Hands-on experience with cell culture and nucleic acid analytics.
• Proficiency in English (second language preferred).
• Ability to travel up to 70% within EMEA.
