This contract-based position involves hourly engagement with competitive compensation ranging between $100–$120 per hour. It provides the flexibility of remote work, which means you can perform your responsibilities anywhere you have internet access. Payments are made weekly via Stripe or Wise.

Tasks

• Designing and writing detailed evaluation suites for machine learning tasks.
• Translating applied ML research into structured benchmarks.
• Evaluating AI-generated solutions relating to model training, debugging, and optimization.
• Reasoning about design choices and performance implications.
• Producing clear and precise written assessments.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in machine learning engineering or ML research.
• Experience with model development and evaluation.
• Background in ML research is strongly preferred.
• Excellent command of written communication and attention to technical detail.
