What You’ll Do

• Review, refine, and improve AI-generated responses on topics such as M&A, strategy, due diligence, market analysis, financial modeling, and corporate structuring.
• Assess AI outputs for analytical rigor, actionable insights, and industry alignment.
• Draft realistic corporate scenarios (e.g., acquisition targets, synergy assessments, integration planning, competitive market entries).
• Create scenario variations from perspectives such as acquirer, target, board member, investor, or analyst.
• Identify and explain inconsistencies or weaknesses in assumptions, business logic, or strategic recommendations.

Rather than executing transactions or managing deals, you’ll shape how AI systems interpret and process high-level corporate development challenges, influencing the experience for millions of users.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced corporate development, M&A, or strategy professional based in the EU or UK.
• Strong track record in deal evaluation, market research, and financial analysis.
• Skilled at reviewing business cases, synergy proposals, and critical assumptions.
• Familiar with best practices in integration, due diligence, and governance.
• Available 8–20 hrs/week, able to start soon.
