Your Future Challenges:

We seek a data-driven Head of Growth/Team Lead SDR to accelerate our pipeline engine, working at the intersection of Marketing, Sales Development, Account Executives, Channel Managers, and RevOps. Lead a high-performing SDR team, manage the MQL to SQL process, and ensure high-quality pipeline creation in a fast-growing B2B SaaS cybersecurity environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline & Growth Acceleration: Manage MQL-to-SQL conversion, identify bottlenecks, and lead pipeline development.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Align Marketing, SDRs, AEs, Channels, and RevOps for optimal ABM execution.
  • RevOps & Reporting: Support CRO and VP Sales with growth reporting, maintain Salesforce dashboards, and ensure CRM data quality.
  • SDR Team Leadership: Develop a small SDR team, set KPIs, and build onboarding processes.
  • Modern Go-To-Market Stack: Use Salesforce, Salesloft, Cognism, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for operational success.

Success in This Role Looks Like:

  • Reduced MQL to SQL conversion time.
  • Increased SQL quality and pipeline contribution.
  • Clear pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting.
  • Strong Marketing-Sales alignment.

  • Structured and predictable outbound strategy.

Your Skills:

  • 4-7+ years in B2B SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity or enterprise tech.
  • Experience in leading SDR/BDR teams in both English and German.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management and funnel metrics.
  • ABM-driven environment experience.
  • Hands-on RevOps skills (reporting, dashboards, CRM processes).
  • Analytical mindset with operational acumen.
  • Cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder influence abilities.
  • Experience in executive reporting (VP Sales, CRO level).
