Job Description
As a dedicated leader within the HCM Systems Team, you'll play a key role in steering the IT landscape of time and payroll systems, enhancing IT processes, and leading projects to further develop and implement these systems across the group. Leverage your expertise to drive process optimizations and lead hybrid HR-IT initiatives.
Tasks
- Lead and manage an IT team responsible for time and payroll systems.
- Coordinate and direct IT tasks in the payroll & time systems domain.
- Initiate and implement IT process optimizations for managed systems.
- Lead IT projects focused on developing the payroll and time management systems.
- Oversee IT architecture and interfaces of managed systems.
- Manage hybrid HR-IT landscapes and initiate standardization projects.
- Support and develop team members' skills and progression.
Requirements
- Completed IT education with experience in similar roles, ideally with payroll and time management expertise.
- Leadership experience in teams up to 10 members.
- Familiarity with HR-IT systems, especially payroll and time management.
- Knowledge in corporate HR processes.
- Experience in IT project management.
- Strong analytical skills and number affinity.
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for modern HR technologies.
- Proficiency in German, and good English skills.
