Creating Fascination: Your Responsibilities

  • As the Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for the development of flight control systems.
  • Independently plan, execute, and manage development activities for complex devices and systems in the aerospace industry.
  • Provide guidance and lead multiple employees.
  • Define and align requirements for conception, design, and necessary proof with customers, partners, and subcontractors.
  • Create and harmonize work and schedule plans, cost calculations, and task definitions.
  • Continue the development of methods and processes for device and system design and verification.
  • Review documentation for proof verification.
  • Serve as the contact person for customers and partners for technical support of complex devices and system series.
  • Plan and control the implementation of modifications.

Leverage Your Strengths: Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, or similar qualifications.
  • Experience in technically leading development teams.
  • Several years of professional experience in developing complex systems.
  • Confident demeanor and strong assertiveness.
  • Proficient in technical communication with English-speaking customers.
  • Good knowledge of Liebherr products.
  • Strong technical understanding, especially in primary and secondary flight control systems.
  • Experience in systems engineering, safety, and aviation device development.
  • Basic knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, and software.
  • Excellent English and very good German skills.
