Lead Architect IT Service Management (m/f/d) - Hybrid Work

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and management of IT Service Management architecture
• Lead the design and implementation of modular ITSM platforms for various deployment scenarios
• Ensure consistent service communication through architectural guidelines
• Drive the modernization of current ITSM applications towards cloud and container-based platforms
• Lead and coordinate a team of IT architects in delivering strategic ITSM solutions

Requirements:

• Degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent comprehensive IT experience
• Minimum seven years’ experience in IT architecture or a similar leader role
• Proven expertise in ITSM platforms and ITIL-based service processes
• Proficiency in architecture frameworks like TOGAF and business process modeling (BPMN/EPK)
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities with excellent communication skills
• Fluent in German and proficient in English
