To strengthen our team in Frankfurt, we are looking for a Lawyer (m/f/d) in the field of Tax Law
What to Expect
From your first day, you'll be deeply involved in significant client work. At White & Case, associates have the chance early on to take responsibility within their team and the entire practice group. We face new, exciting challenges daily, which include diverse tasks with an international reach, such as:
- Advising national and multinational corporations, major commercial and investment banks, private equity funds, and startups on all aspects of corporate tax law and complex M&A and private equity transactions
- Tax structuring of national and cross-border transactions
- Providing tax advice during restructurings and joint ventures
- Representing our clients in tax disputes in and out of court
Your Profile
Are you interested in international economic relations, keen on tackling complex issues, and equipped with excellent legal qualifications? Do you have strong English skills, a pronounced team spirit, entrepreneurial thinking, enthusiasm for tax law, and ideally, some initial experience in tax law?
