Tasks

• Independently calculate complex projects in Technical Building Equipment, especially HVAC.
• Take on technical and economic responsibilities, including preparing offers and price comparisons.
• Coordinate external and internal planning processes and maintain project documents.
• Collaborate closely with project development and purchasing teams.
• Assist in optimizing technical solutions and selecting suppliers.

Requirements

• Completed technical training or studies in areas like heating and ventilation construction, mechatronics, or supply engineering.
• Alternatively, a degree in business administration with technical understanding.
• Solid work experience and industry knowledge in TGA (HVAC), ideally with procurement or project management experience.
• Familiarity with building regulations, particularly VOB, and proficiency in calculation and office software.
• Team spirit, effective communication, self-reliance, commitment, and adaptability.
