Tasks

• Manage a portfolio of service clients, coordinating deliverables and timelines.
• Ensure the successful execution of multiple concurrent projects meeting quality standards.
• Communicate proactively with clients about project updates, timelines, and risks.
• Escalate issues and manage operational workflows effectively.
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of client content across platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in service delivery or a similar role within a SaaS company.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills and experience in remote work using tools like Asana and Slack.
• Based within the EU timezone.
