Job Description
As a Junior Sales Representative, you will manage and grow the dealer network in South Germany, Austria, Hungary, and Slovakia. You will implement B2B marketing strategies, analyze market trends, and ensure brand representation in stores. Your proactive approach will help drive innovations in product development and marketing.
Tasks
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing dealers.
- Apply intensive B2B marketing strategies.
- Analyze market and competitor trends.
- Decorate stores in Jobe’s Brandcode style.
- Stimulate sell-through and optimize sales tools.
- Share market insights and innovations with the sales team.
Requirements
- Experience in international B2B sales.
- Knowledge of the entire sales process.
- Commercial drive and customer engagement skills.
- Affinity with the water sports market.
- Fluency in German and good English communication skills; Czech is a plus.
