By 2045, we plan to save one gigaton of CO2 in the housing sector through serial energy renovations. That's a global impact! We are the partner for affordable energy-efficient renovation in the housing industry. As the general contractor, we accompany housing companies from the initial idea to mass serial implementation. Through digital planning, we shift 80% of the value creation from the construction site to the factory, making the economic transformation of the entire housing stock towards climate neutrality possible.
Following the motto "remote first," we are looking for capable experts and leaders for our Berlin headquarters or nationwide.
Your Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Manager at ecoworks, you are responsible for acquisition in a defined regional customer circle:
- Proactively contacting potential customers through various channels (email, phone, social media, networking) to generate appointments
- Systematically qualifying leads and prioritizing opportunities
- Providing residential and real estate product consultation and presentation to sustainably inspire customers for ecoworks solutions
- Creating initial standardized project analyses and calculations for technical feasibility using our specialized software
- Providing detailed project inquiry profiles and key insights to the Pre-Construction team to enable smooth transitions and successful conversions
- Using and maintaining existing CRM tools (Hubspot) to identify and document prospects
- Developing multipliers and influencers within organizations to accelerate decision-making and optimize alignment with the benefits of serial renovation
- Participating in industry-relevant trade fairs and events
- Building knowledge about market trends, competitor strategies, innovations, as well as own product and industry knowledge, and continuous exchange of experience with team members for ongoing improvement and mutual support
Your Profile
- You have an education or degree related to real estate or construction—more important is your solid, multi-year professional experience in the housing, real estate, or construction industries
- Ideally, you have already worked in the sales environment or direct customer communication
- Additional qualifications in sales, business development, or customer relationship management are an advantage
- You enjoy working cross-functionally
- You excel with strong communication skills, enjoy networking, and have a solution-oriented mindset
- You work in a structured, independent manner and use your analytical skills accurately
- You are willing to travel nationwide and ideally reside in our core region South (Baden-Württemberg or Bavaria)
- You are fluent in German at a native level
