By 2045, we aim to save one gigaton of CO2 in the housing sector through serial energetic renovations. This has a global impact! We are THE partner of the housing industry for affordable energy-efficient renovation. Acting as a general contractor, we support housing companies from the initial idea to mass serial execution. Through digital planning, we shift 80% of value creation from the construction site to the factory, achieving an economic transformation of the entire housing stock towards climate neutrality.

In line with our "remote first" philosophy, we are seeking talented experts and leaders for our Berlin headquarters or from anywhere in Germany.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a (Junior) Sales Development Manager (m/f/d) (remote in core regions such as Baden-Württemberg & Bavaria or NRW, Hesse, & Rhineland-Palatinate) on a full-time basis (40h/week).

Your Responsibilities

  • Proactively reaching out to potential clients via various channels (email, phone, social media, networking) to generate appointments
  • Systematic qualification of leads and prioritization of opportunities
  • Providing housing and real estate consulting and presentations to inspire clients about ecoworks solutions
  • Creating initial, standardized object analyses and project calculations for technical feasibility with our specialized software
  • Delivering detailed project request profiles and key insights to the Pre-Construction Team, ensuring smooth transitions and successful conversions
  • Using and maintaining existing CRM tools (HubSpot) for identifying and documenting prospects
  • Developing multipliers and influencers within organizations to accelerate decision-making and optimize alignment with the benefits of serial renovation
  • Attending industry-relevant fairs and events
  • Building knowledge about market trends, competitive strategies, innovations, as well as product and industry knowledge, and continuously exchanging experiences with team members for ongoing improvement and support

Your Profile

  • A background in real estate or construction through education or university studies is desired; however, more important is your solid, several years’ experience in the housing, real estate, or construction industry
  • Experience in sales or direct customer interaction is advantageous
  • Additional qualifications in sales, business development, or customer relationship management are a plus
  • You enjoy cross-functional work
  • Strong communication skills, a joy for networking, and a solution-oriented mindset define you
  • You work in a structured, independent way and effectively use your analytical skills
  • Being willing to travel nationwide and ideally living in one of our core regions in the South (Baden-Württemberg or Bavaria) or West (NRW, Hesse, or Rhineland-Palatinate)
  • You are fluent in German at a native level
