About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain complex software solutions using Node.js and ReactJS. You will contribute to the platform's architecture, ensuring high-quality code, and mentoring less experienced engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale software solutions using Node.js and ReactJS.
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate effectively with the team and adhere to engineering best practices.
• Mentor and advise junior engineers, promoting clean code and design patterns.
• Engage in architectural discussions to enhance our technology stack.
• Ensure the security and performance of distributed systems and APIs.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of backend development experience.
• Advanced skills in Node.js and experience with TypeScript.
• Experience with AI Agentic systems and MCP integrations.
• Proficiency in ReactJS and microservices architecture.
• Strong DevOps and AWS cloud services expertise.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
