Team mission

The IT Operations team ensures the stability, security, and reliability of our IT environment, enabling seamless technical support and efficient workflows for all teams. As an IT Operations Specialist, you will contribute to operational excellence by improving IT systems and supporting company systems to enhance employee productivity.

Your mission

  • Assist the IT Helpdesk in responding to support tickets and resolving basic technical issues.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation and hardware setup.
  • Maintain and organize IT inventory and equipment storage.
  • Update IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal wikis.
  • Support the setup of video conferencing and AV equipment for meetings or events.
  • Contribute to IT projects and system updates under guidance.
  • Learn IT security policies and assist in user compliance.
  • Suggest improvements for IT processes and workflows.

Your toolkit

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Quick learner with a structured approach and solution-focused mindset.
  • Effective communicator who can simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Calm and reliable under pressure, with strong organizational skills.
  • Passionate about learning, improvement, and innovation.
  • Fluent in English.
