Your Responsibilities:

• Support IT systems for our corporate clients across various industries with diverse IT environments.
• Serve as the direct contact for technical questions and issues for our customers.
• Receive and process incoming support requests via phone or ticket system.
• Analyze and resolve common hardware and software issues - remotely or on-site.
• Assist with client, user, and system management.
• Contribute to infrastructure and server environments.
• Document, classify, and track tickets.
• Collaborate with second-level support and project teams.
• Work within a fixed team responsible for defined customer environments or specific technologies.

What You Should Bring:

• Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d).
• Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role.
• Proactive and structured working style with a joy for solving technical problems.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork and helpfulness.
• High service and customer orientation.
• English proficiency.
