IT Management (m/f/d)
5 days ago0 Applicants
You will take over the IT management for one of our hospital clients and shape it in the long term. From day one, with full responsibility.
Actura takes on operational leadership roles in hospitals and rehabilitation clinics. Our claim: implementation instead of consulting. Therefore, we are looking for experienced IT leaders who will take over the IT management at our clients and become a permanent part of the clinic.
The entry often occurs in a special situation: an unfilled IT management position, restructuring after a cyber attack, preparation for NIS2 and KRITIS audits, a KIS change, or integration after a change of sponsor. You create clarity, lead the team, and build an IT that lasts.
**Your Job: Lead where it matters.**
- As IT manager, you take responsibility for IT operations, team, budget, and service providers at the client.
- In the first weeks, you gain a clear situational overview and develop an IT strategy with the management that includes a solid action plan.
- You lead and develop the internal IT team, manage external partners, and reorganize contracts and services where necessary.
- You are responsible for information security and compliance: ISMS, NIS2, KRITIS, and B3S, reporting, data protection, and audits.
- You drive major topics: KIS change, data center and cloud migration, telematics infrastructure, digitization, and KHZG.
- You report to management and committees and work closely with the works council, data protection, and clinical areas.
- You build structures, processes, and documentation in such a way that the IT runs stably and audit-proof in the long term.
**Your Profile: Experience, Attitude, Leadership.**
- You have several years of leadership experience as an IT manager or in a comparable role, ideally in hospitals or healthcare.
- You bring broad IT expertise: infrastructure, network, and security as well as clinical applications (KIS, PACS, medical technology integration).
- You know the regulatory requirements for clinics (NIS2, BSIG, and KRITIS, B3S, GDPR) and have been responsible for audits and inspections.
- You have held budget and contract responsibilities and negotiate confidently with suppliers.
- You quickly adapt to new organizations, make clear decisions, and gain the trust of management, doctors, and nursing staff.
- You communicate clearly, assert yourself with discretion, and remain calm even in crises.
- You want to shape things in the long term and fully engage on-site in the clinic.
**Good Reasons for Actura.**
**Implementation instead of Consulting.** You take responsibility and implement yourself. No endless presentations, but results in-house.
**By Clinics for Clinics.** A network of practitioners for processes, personnel, controlling, and IT that understands the daily hospital routine.
**Perspective.** A long-term role at the client, short decision-making paths, and space to help build Actura.
**Excited about impactful IT management?**
Then bring your experience where it is needed and has a lasting effect. We look forward to your application.
