Job Description

Become a key contact for our clients' projects, overseeing the entire process from ideation to successful launch. Collaborate with clients and our team to create custom solutions based on Microsoft 365 Cloud and Power Platform. You'll manage project requirements, oversee implementation, and ensure client satisfaction.

Your Tasks

• Project Management & Client Relations: Manage the delivery of our business apps and IT migration projects, including conception, presentation, and implementation.
• Solution Development: Utilize existing components and explore new possibilities in the Microsoft Cloud to enhance client success.
• Structure & Coordination: Efficiently capture requirements, structure them, and distribute tasks within the team.
• Technical Development: Apply technical expertise and a desire for continuous learning, especially in Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform.
• Implementation & Troubleshooting: Oversee the deployment of solutions, providing support and pragmatic solutions to issues.
• Solution Enhancement: Maintain and expand existing applications, supporting customers and teams in cloud technologies.
• Documentation & Transparency: Clearly document technical concepts, key technologies, and project progress.

Requirements

• Applicants must reside in Germany.
• Fluent in German at a native level and proficient in conversational English.
• Experience in IT project management, ideally with Microsoft technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for customer interaction.
• Strong technical understanding and interest in cloud technologies.
• Independent and team-oriented work ethic.
