Position Details

• Position: Private Equity Expert
• Type: Contract
• Compensation: $130/hour
• Location: Remote
• Duration: Minimum four weeks
• Commitment: 10+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial models and market sizing to enhance investment strategies.
• Develop comprehensive investment summaries and memos for decision-making.
• Conduct due diligence and create CIMs to support deal sourcing.
• Process NDAs and legal documents efficiently to facilitate transactions.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to integrate financial insights into model training.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• At least 2 years of experience in private equity at top firms.
• Expertise in financial modeling and market sizing/TAM analysis.
• Proficiency in investment/analysis summaries and memos.
• Experience with CIM creation and due diligence.
• Skills in NDA/legal document processing and deal sourcing.
