We seek a skilled Investment Research Analyst to enhance our investment strategies and collaborate with AI teams. This remote contract position offers $130/hour for a minimum of four weeks, with a commitment of 10+ hours per week.

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial models and market sizing to optimize investment decisions.
• Develop detailed investment summaries and memos for stakeholder decision-making.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and create Confidential Information Memos (CIMs).
• Efficiently process NDAs and legal documents.
• Integrate financial insights into AI model development.
• Work independently to meet project deadlines asynchronously.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in private equity at a top-tier firm.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and market sizing/TAM analysis.
• Experience in composing investment summaries and performing due diligence.
• Expertise in creating CIMs and managing NDAs/legal document processing.
