We are seeking an Installation Planner in refrigeration technology for the Schleswig-Holstein area with immediate and indefinite employment. The position offers flexibility with the majority of the work being conducted from home.

Responsibilities

• Preparation, planning, and calculation of assigned projects
• Planning and calculation of installations by trades
• Personnel disposition (subcontractors and site managers)
• Managing subcontractors related to assigned projects
• Selection, quality control, and assurance of suppliers
• Coordination and conflict management at the interfaces
• Site implementation of remedial work for projects
• Creation of purchase requests for installation in the project
• Installation supervision
• Acceptance of systems with the customer
• Consult, instruct, and train customer's technical staff
• Conducting site inspections (quality, ASU, inspections, etc.)
• Preparing billing documents for sales
• Cost responsibility and control for installation services
• Create offers and process orders
• Advertise and negotiate third-party purchases
• Documentation of additional and reduced services in orders

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a recognized occupation with an additional one-year specialized training as a refrigeration technology mechatronics technician
• Several years of professional experience in the described field
• Initial experience in leading staff and coordinating subcontractors and site managers
• Independent working style
• Confident appearance and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel and flexibility
