About the Role
In this patient-focused role, you'll manage both inbound and outbound sales conversations, working closely with field sales and internal teams to drive successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Educate customers about the medical device solution and its benefits.
- Handle objections and progress opportunities to close sales.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage your sales pipeline.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience in inside sales or telesales (B2B or B2C).
- Background in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals is preferred.
- Fluency in German and English.
- A confident, target-driven, and customer-focused approach.
