Your Department
Our sales department focuses on customer satisfaction and excellent service. You'll work on acquiring new properties and advising real estate clients on industry challenges, offering solutions that meet their needs.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordination: Ensure accurate, timely, and prioritized handling of all sales tasks, from quotes to completion, while maintaining oversight.
- Customer Interaction: Actively acquire new customers and manage existing ones, navigating from initial contact through successful order execution.
- Sales & Projects: Identify and qualify construction projects, gather relevant information, and collaborate closely with technical sales representatives and field colleagues.
- Service & Support: Ensure phone availability for regional offices and handle order processing and quality checks as needed.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification; career changers are welcome!
- SAP/ERP knowledge is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in telephone sales, ideally including cold calling.
- High reliability, structured autonomy, strong communication skills, and team camaraderie.
