Tasks

• Collaborate with IT-Service Management to ensure robust business continuity plans are both conceptualized and implemented.
• Collaborate with process owners and manage exchange with Information Security Management and Data Protection Officers.
• Advise on IT emergency precautions and support the evaluation and documentation of critical business processes.
• Participate in testing and emergency exercises to enhance resilience and operational reliability.

Requirements

A degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent skills and experience. Experience in business continuity management and knowledge of IT Service Management principles and standards are required. Excellent German skills and teamwork abilities are necessary.
