Join the Balcke-Duerr Group, a leader in energy efficiency components and emission reduction for the power and chemical industries. We're seeking Industrial Foremen specializing in metal for European boiler and apparatus installations.

Job Responsibilities

You'll oversee the independent and responsible organization, supervision, billing, and management of assemblies. As a construction manager, you ensure projects are completed within the set performance and cost specifications, adhering to quality standards. Your primary focus will be on boiler, pipeline, and apparatus construction while maintaining strict safety protocols.

Tasks

• Lead installations and manage teams of over 50 employees.
• Handle projects across Europe on new constructions and repairs.
• Ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship in metalworking.
• Master or technician school completion, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience as a construction manager.
• Strong sense of quality, cost, and safety.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
• English language skills.
