Role Overview

As an Industrial Account Manager, you will be pivotal in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring timely delivery of solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. You will manage a virtual team of FAEs, PPDs, and Engineers to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for customers, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Provide customer support via email, phone, meetings, and webinars.
• Act as a trusted advisor and liaise between customers and internal teams.
• Deliver solutions tailored to customer needs and manage key account metrics.
• Drive client satisfaction and monitor product usage.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in mechanical or electronics.
• 10+ years of experience in the Industrial Market (Power & Energy, Automation & Robotics, Power Tools).
• Track record in account management with major industry players.
• Strong customer-focused approach and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps.
