• Provide need-based advice to your designated high-income clients in areas such as pensions, loans, savings, deposits, and securities, focusing on asset building and investment.<\/li>
• Identify individual client needs and develop tailored solutions.<\/li>
• Engage in active cross-selling and acquire new clients through targeted outreach and referral management.<\/li>

  • Completed training as a bank clerk.<\/li>
  • Several years of experience in personal banking advisory.<\/li>

    Compensation:<\/strong> As a publicly-bound employer, we offer the security and transparency of the TVöD and TVöD-BT-S agreements. The role is expected to align with the salary group 9b TVöD. Based on your relevant experience and resulting pay grade, a gross annual salary of about 55,000 to 75,000 euros is expected, comprising 12 monthly salaries plus guaranteed and variable parts of the tariff Sparkasse special payment. Additionally, you can expect an attractive company pension plan and capital-forming benefits at the maximum level and many other extras.<\/p>
