Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary starting at €36,000 annually. We expect candidates to have completed real estate or property management training, with strong commercial acumen and flexibility in their work approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer inquiries and processing requests
• Managing insurance claims
• Preparing service charge statements based on existing bookkeeping
• Conducting invoice reviews with advisory boards
• Attending owner meetings and taking minutes (leadership not required)
• Issuing certifications for HDLs
• Tracking hours and leave for minor employees
• Maintaining resolution records
• Soliciting quotes for maintenance measures

Required Qualifications

• Completed training in real estate or property management (Required)
• Fluent in German at level C1 (Required)
• Licensure or qualification for condominium management (Desirable)
• Certification as a real estate agent (Desirable)
