Your Role
As an expert in occupational safety at SiGeHo GmbH, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our clients operate safely, legally, and efficiently, whether on construction sites, in chemical parks, or on major projects in the energy sector.
Tasks
- Advise & Support: Serve as the contact for supervisors and employees on all matters of occupational health, safety, and the environment.
- Assess & Secure: Create risk assessments, monitor protective measures, and ensure compliance with legal and client-specific requirements.
- Coordinate & Optimize: Liaise with external companies, partners, and project managers to ensure smooth operations nationwide.
- Innovate & Improve: Contribute your expertise to the development of HSE processes and enhance our quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Certification as an occupational safety specialist according to ASiG and DGUV regulation 2 is mandatory.
- Experience in occupational safety, ideally in the chemical, petrochemical, or construction sectors.
- Willingness to travel and work nationwide.
- Familiarity with risk assessments, project coordination, and safety regulations.
- Additional qualifications such as SiGeKo, fire protection, or a technical degree are advantageous.
- Strong self-management, reliability, structure, teamwork, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
