Join our team as HR Specialist Recruiting (m/f/d) part-time (min. 30 hours per week) How you can contribute: - In collaboration with the departments, you will create compelling job postings and independently decide on the relevant channels for targeted candidate search. - Additionally, you will be responsible for comprehensive applicant management, guiding our applicants through the entire recruiting process and collaboratively designing a professional onboarding with the departments. - You will be a competent contact person for our managers regarding all recruiting and onboarding topics as well as for our applicants throughout the entire application and onboarding process. - You will comprehensively manage the applicant management software. You will be the central contact person for all related digital processes and conduct training for users. - Besides the recruiting process, you will engage in personnel marketing and proactively implement your ideas. You will evaluate the success of recruiting measures, develop new strategies, and stay updated on current recruiting trends. - Independent communication and coordination with relevant interfaces as well as representing commercial training will also be part of your responsibilities. How you can convince us: - You have completed a commercial vocational training with personnel management further education, a completed degree, or a comparable qualification. - You have already gained professional experience in recruiting or HR work and ideally have experience with applicant management. - You enjoy solution-oriented teamwork, confidently advise managers and departments, and remain empathetic and friendly even with complex issues. - You bring a proactive, structured, and independent working style and enjoy questioning existing processes and developing them practically. - You impress with your strong communication skills, high level of discretion and responsibility, as well as your digital affinity and proficiency with common MS Office applications.
