Job Description

Tasks

• Managing and advising employees and superiors mainly on payroll-related inquiries and personnel matters from entry to exit.
• Recording and maintaining personnel data and digital personnel files.
• Recording, processing, and supervising working and non-working times.
• Solely responsible for the preparation and verification of payrolls, ensuring compliance with all regulations and communication with external bodies.
• Handling personnel measures such as salary changes, transfers, and working hour changes, coordinating with the works council when necessary.
• Independently preparing analyses, recurring reports, and ad-hoc evaluations.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training and further training in payroll administration, ideally with advanced qualification (e.g., HR specialist).
• Several years of professional experience in payroll and operational HR work.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Word and Excel).
• Digital affinity, analytical thinking, and proactive approach.
• Structured, independent working style and team spirit.
• Customer-oriented, friendly demeanor and high trustworthiness.
