About the Role

As the HR Business Partner, you will be the go-to person for managers and employees for all HR-related queries. Your expertise will guide them through complex personnel and labor law issues, ensuring smooth organizational change processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Advise and support our leaders on personnel and labor law issues.
  • Implement individual HR measures and support organizational changes actively.
  • Prepare and examine hearings according to BetrVG (§§ 99 and 102) and manage co-determination related proceedings.
  • Maintain effective communication with authorities, lawyers, trade unions, and other partners.
  • Prepare for and assist in labor court proceedings, including document preparation and coordination.
  • Conduct staff and employee meetings and support process optimization.

Your Profile

  • Completion of a training program as a human resources specialist, or a degree in business, social, or legal sciences with a focus on HR, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of experience in HR as a Business Partner or equivalent role.
  • Strong knowledge in labor and works constitution law, and personnel management.
  • Experience working closely with works councils.
  • Excellent communication skills and independent, structured working style with a high degree of discretion and responsibility.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Germany for business.
