About the Role

At Verbund Haushaltshilfe, you will provide practical day-to-day support and grow into a leadership role. You'll work collaboratively with your team to ensure the delivery of excellent household help.

Your Tasks

• Support our clients with daily chores like cleaning, shopping, laundry, and more.
• Provide reliability and significant improvement to their quality of life.
• Gather insights on client needs and communicate them to your team.

Your Leadership Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the team's activities while maintaining oversight.
• Train and strengthen new team members in their roles.
• Conduct initial interviews with clients, support them, and ensure service continuity.
• Act as the liaison between administration, team members, and clients.

Your Profile

• Practical yet organized work style.
• Clear, warm, and dependable communication.
• A good sense of empathy and a passion for supporting others.
• Proficiency in German, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license class B and car preferred.
