About Us

The Caritas Online Counseling Portal offers digital assistance and support nationwide to people in difficult life situations. The Online Counseling Platform Department of the German Caritas Association e.V. is responsible for the development of this digital service. The needs of users are at the center of the platform, whether they are consultants from different fields or clients with various concerns.

To support the department in the current refactoring process, we are looking for an Assistant at the Berlin location | fixed-term for 9 months | 50% FTE, starting as soon as possible.

Your Tasks:

• Actively support the setup and maintenance of our CRM database, ensuring information is structured and kept up to date.
• Handle organizational tasks such as meeting preparation, documentation, and brief minutes to ensure smooth team workflows.
• Research trends, user needs, and developments in digitalization and refactoring, and prepare content clearly.
• Participate in tests and feedback rounds as part of the refactoring process and offer your perspective.
• Create concise notes, spreadsheets, or presentations as needed.
