About the Role

Bosch Business Innovations is seeking a Head of Venture Building Funds/Principal to manage a venture building fund of €200M. You will allocate resources across various special purpose vehicles and direct investments, aligning with our investment theses.

Responsibilities

• Shape Our Investment Strategy: Define and maintain investment theses in collaboration with Strategy Heads.
• Analyze And Pre-Select Opportunities: Develop scenarios and perform due diligence for capital allocation.
• Dealmaking: Structure deals globally and develop strategic collaboration agreements.
• Steer our Portfolio: Construct fund portfolios and optimize capital allocation.

Requirements

• Investment Leader: Extensive experience in investment management and venture capital.
• Strategic Investor: Solid understanding of investment strategies and portfolio management.
• Builder Mentality: Combine strategic thinking with entrepreneurial actions.
• Trusted Partner: Clear communication of complex financial topics to stakeholders.
• Global Collaborator: Experience in international, cross-functional environments.
• Academic & Language Foundation: Master’s degree in relevant fields; fluency in English.
