Your Role: Sales and Creativity
As a Head of Sales (m/f/d), you will not only manage sales but strategically develop it further. With a keen sense of potential and a joy for innovation, you will bridge our eight locations and strengthen our nationwide market presence.
Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Continuously advance the strategic orientation of our sales in the MICE and LCR sectors while integrating trends into competitive advantages. Utilize modern sales approaches like social selling and digital lead strategies.
- Revenue Responsibility: Manage budgets, forecasts, and the sales pipeline effectively. Respond to market changes with flexible and pragmatic options, even if new paths are needed.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop your team with clarity and appreciation. Define measurable success through KPIs and empower your team to exceed their limits.
- Acquisition Power: Systematically build new customer potentials. From the first lead to the authentic pitch, ensure new customers are sustainably excited about Seminaris.
- Networking: Understand relationships as genuine connections. Maintain strategic key accounts and partnerships, leveraging industry events and networking formats for sustainable contacts.
- Internal Synergies: Collaborate closely with Revenue Management and Convention Sales to actively shape our product and offer strategies, thereby strengthening our market position sustainably.

Requirements
- Qualification: Several years of successful sales experience in the hospitality industry along with leadership experience and a focus on a motivational and appreciative leadership style.
- Analytical Skills: Numbers orient you without obscuring the bigger picture. You derive clear decisions from data and maintain structure even in complex situations.
- Network Strength: With profound market knowledge and a solid network, you bring valuable strategic resources for yourself and your team.
- Negotiation Strength: You remain calm, solution-oriented, and clear in demanding conversations. You mediate different interests with necessary steadfastness to represent your decisions consistently.
- Responsibility: Whether at home, on the road, or on-site at our hotels, you structure your everyday work with high self-motivation, taking responsibility for results and your team.
