Join us as the Head of Planning in Media Technology, where you'll spearhead projects and oversee comprehensive client engagement in the dynamic field of AV/IT.

What We Offer

Your role will include independent project management within AV/IT media technology. Lead and facilitate workshops, develop innovative audiovisual communication solutions, and provide consultancy on software for digital signage and collaboration technologies. You will be involved in drafting specifications, supervising project implementation, and fostering strong client relationships through regular meetings and sessions.

Tasks

• Lead AV projects with a focus on customer engagement and management.
• Work independently on media technology projects.
• Guide and facilitate workshops, including preparation and follow-up.
• Develop concepts and business cases for AV communication solutions.
• Advise on software solutions for applications like digital signage.
• Analyze AV tasks and plan appropriate solutions.
• Create specification sheets and oversee project execution.
• Attend client meetings and construction site sessions.
• Manage project engineers within the project.

Requirements

• Degree in Media, Event, or Communications Technology, or significant planning experience in media or event technology.
• Proven experience in project management in IT, media technology, or construction fields.
• Skilled in IT and software-driven media technology.
• Strong analytical and structured approach with high level of independence.
• Outstanding teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Visio, and CAD applications.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Dynamic and persuasive presence.
