Tasks

• Lead and develop the IT Business Consulting Support Processes department with a focus on Finance at our headquarters in Braunschweig.
• Consult, harmonize, and standardize IT-supported business processes and systems.
• Manage cross-departmental finance projects, ensuring uniform project methodologies and standards.
• Engage in ongoing innovation management, ensuring economic feasibility.
• Ensure IT security for business processes and develop security guidelines and disaster recovery plans.
• Identify executive needs and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
• Prepare decision-making documents for management, adhering to corporate standards.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of business processes, with expertise in Finance (Accounting, Treasury, Taxes, Controlling).
• Experience in ERP (Microsoft) and implementing complex IT projects.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop your team.
• Fluency in German and good command of English.
• Excellent communication skills and a hands-on attitude.
