Your Role

As the Head of Integration and Scaling, you will be the key link between our growth strategy and operational excellence. Your mission involves guiding partner companies from acquisition through full integration into the Arsipa platform, combining local strengths with the power of our digitalized group to harness scale effects.

Your Tasks

• Manage Post-Merger Integration (PMI): Design and manage integration plans for new sites in IT, Finance, People, and Operations.
• Scale Operations: Identify and roll out "Best Practices" as SOPs across all sites to enhance efficiency.
• Drive Digital Transformation: Collaborate with our tech team to migrate legacy systems onto our digital platforms for documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for subsidiary management teams and foster acceptance for central group processes.
• Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs to measure integration success and operational scaling progress.
• Identify synergies within our growing network.

Your Profile

• At least 6 years of experience in PMI, management consulting, or a leading operations role in a fast-growing scale-up.
• Ability to build scalable structures from scratch and optimize complex workflows.
• Strong persuasion skills and capability to lead cross-functional teams through change processes.
• Hands-on mentality: Stay composed in a dynamic setting and develop pragmatic solutions for integration bottlenecks.
• Communicate fluently in German and English, both with local SMEs and international investors.
• Data-driven focus: Make decisions based on data to identify inefficiencies and validate the ROI of your initiatives.

Bonus Points

• Experience in Healthcare, MedTech, or Professional Services
• Background in a Private Equity environment (Buy-and-Build)
• Experience transforming analog business models into "Digital-First" organizations
