Detailed Description
As the Head of the Coordination Department for ARD Tech and Strategy, you will lead and synchronize BR's technical advancements in collaboration with ARD. Additionally, you will manage the strategic process flow within the Production and Technology Directorate.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic liaison between BR and ARD
- Coordinate technical alignment between BR and other ARD broadcasting organizations
- Oversee and guide conceptual work alongside operational implementation
- Represent BR in ARD workgroups
- Serve as the central figure for the strategy process within the Production and Technology Directorate
- Ensure compliance with BR's financial strategic guidelines
- Manage internal reports, processes, and requests
- Promote a collaborative and innovative leadership culture
Qualifications
- Completed university studies in Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Substantial professional experience in strategic roles, preferably within BR or ARD
- Strong understanding and networking within BR and ARD structures
- Experience collaborating successfully with central ARD stakeholders
- Proficiency in finance and change management
- Excellent communication and team motivation skills

Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: 38.5 hours/week, part-time possible
