Join Funzy, a visionary in playful furniture, as we expand into France. We're seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to lead and scale our market entry with a focus on performance and hands-on execution.

Job Description

Funzy combines fun, comfort, and functionality in a new generation of kids' furniture that inspires creativity and supports children's development. Since 2020, over 250,000 parents have trusted our products. Now, we're bringing Funzy to France and need a visionary leader to drive this new chapter.

Tasks

• Act as our "Entrepreneur in Residence" for France, building and scaling our brand presence.
• Develop and execute performance & creative strategy with our Meta-Ad agency.
• Localize our Shopify store to optimize user journeys and conversion rates.
• Analyze KPIs and report directly to the CEO.
• Lead customer support in the start phase and document processes for scalability.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and German; native French is an advantage.
• 2-3 years of performance marketing experience, ideally in D2C or E-Commerce.
• Strong understanding of Meta-Ads, creatives, and conversion optimization.
• Familiarity with Shopify and email marketing tools like Klaviyo.
• Analytical mind with data-driven decision-making skills.
