About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer (m/f/d) to join us on July 1, 2026, for 20-40 hours per week. In this position, you will support the conceptualization and implementation of digital and print media, developing dynamic visual content that captivates our audiences. Your creativity will shine in designing campaigns, brochures, flyers, banners, and more, all while maintaining our corporate identity. You will also edit photos from shoots and other materials to align with our defined visual style. Independent creation of animations and video sequences for our digital platforms is also part of your responsibilities. You'll continuously evolve existing design concepts and CI guidelines, create print-ready PDF files, and check the technical accuracy of print data. Close collaboration with brand marketing and other internal departments ensures smooth project execution and fosters creative exchange within our team.
Responsibilities
- Support for creating digital and print media and dynamic visual content
- Creative layout execution for campaigns, brochures, flyers, banners, and other media in line with CI
- Photo retouching from shoots and other materials according to the defined visual style
- Independent development and editing of animations and video sequences for digital platforms
- Continuous development and adaptation of existing design concepts and CI guidelines
- Creation of print-ready PDF files and technical verification of print data
- Close collaboration with brand marketing and other departments on joint projects
Qualifications
You have completed training or a degree in graphic design or media design (digital and print). Several years of practical experience as a graphic designer are required to meet the diverse requirements of this role successfully. You are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience in creating animations and video sequences, as well as knowledge of other design tools, rounds out your technical profile. A keen sense of aesthetics, typography, and CI-compliant visual communication characterizes you. You work in a structured, independent, and meticulous manner, with a strong focus on quality. Communication skills and enjoyment in cross-department collaboration are natural to you to achieve common goals efficiently.
