About the Role

We are seeking a Global Insurance Coordinator for one of our locations in Hamburg, Mülheim an der Ruhr, Frankfurt, or Nuremberg. In this role, you will coordinate and manage complex international clients, consulting extensively within our international network and German client team.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate and oversee complex, international clients in collaboration with our international network and German client team.
• Assume full responsibility for all non-German topics, preparing and conducting international annual meetings with clients in close coordination with the client manager.
• Lead an international coordination client team and act as a point of contact for junior coordinators.
• Advise broking and sales colleagues on foreign specialist topics and client consultation concerning international issues.
• Assist in active sales support for new acquisitions involving foreign aspects and onboard new clients into the network.
• Ensure quality control of agreed services and adherence to client requirements within the network.
• Manage the network budget and negotiate network fees in close consultation with the client advisory board.

Requirements

• A completed education as a qualified insurance and finance merchant or an insurance specialist.
• Several years of experience in industrial insurance sectors and excellent knowledge of the international insurance market.
• Excellent communication skills for solution-oriented interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Strong service orientation and awareness of quality.
• Ability to coordinate interfaces effectively and respond quickly to client demands.
• Intercultural competence, professional demeanor, and proficient teamwork skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
